What is Vyyna?

Vyyna is an AI ad generator for online shops. You paste your shop’s link, our AI Ad Agent reads your brand and your products, and in a chat you ask for ads, product photos, marketplace images and UGC-style pictures. Every one comes out in your own colours, fonts and tone.

How does it work?

Three steps. Paste your link and the agent builds your brand kit from your site. Ask in the chat for what you need in one sentence; the agent asks only what matters, shows you a plan, and makes the pictures. Download them and use them on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, in your ads and on your store.

What can I make?

Ads with your headline and colours, studio product photos on any background, lifestyle photos, Amazon and marketplace listing images on pure white, seasonal and sale posters, and UGC-style pictures of people holding, wearing or unboxing your product.

What is a brand kit, and what does the agent read from my shop?

Your brand kit is what the agent keeps of your brand: logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice and your products, with their names, photos and prices. It reads only the public pages of the shop you give it, and you can change or delete any of it at any time. Only you can see it.

Can I use it without a website?

Yes. Upload a photo of your product in the chat instead of pasting a link, and the agent works from that.

Plans and credits

How do plans and credits work?

Creating needs an active plan, monthly or yearly, which brings a fresh allowance of credits every month. Credit packs top a plan up when you need more, and they never expire. Plan credits are used first. All prices are in US dollars on the pricing page.

A picture failed. Was I charged?

No. When a picture fails on our side, its credits come back to your balance automatically.

I do not like a result. Can I get my credits back?

No. A credit pays for an attempt, not for a particular result: AI gives a different picture every time, so the answer is to ask the agent for another version. Credits come back only when something fails on our side. The full rules are in the terms.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

On app.vyyna.com, Settings → Plan → Manage plan. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Moving to a bigger plan takes effect at once; to a smaller one, at the next renewal. Packs you bought stay yours.

Using your pictures

Can I use the pictures commercially?

Yes, from the Creator plan up: you may use what you make in ads, on marketplaces, on packaging and anywhere else, commercially. On Starter, pictures are for personal and evaluation use. You are responsible for what your ads claim and for having the rights to the brand and products in them; see the terms.

Do I have to say the pictures are made with AI?

Where the law or a platform requires it, yes. Meta, TikTok and Google ask advertisers to label realistic AI-generated content, and EU rules require disclosure of AI-generated images of people. UGC-style pictures show people who do not exist: never present them as real customers or real reviews.

Your pictures and privacy

Where are my pictures saved, and for how long?

In your account, in private storage, until you delete them, on every computer you sign into. Downloading one gives you a full-quality copy that is yours whatever happens to the account.

Can anyone else see my brand or my pictures? Are they used to train AI?

No. Your brand kit, your chats and your pictures are visible only to your account, and neither we nor our AI providers use them to train models. Details are in the privacy policy.

Why was my request refused?

The agent refuses explicit or sexual requests, anything involving minors in an inappropriate way, real people without consent, and other brands’ logos or rights. The AI providers also apply their own safety checks. A refused request is not charged. The list is in the terms.

Does it work on a phone?

Vyyna is built for a computer: open app.vyyna.com on a desktop or laptop to create.

Delete your account

You can delete your Vyyna account and its data at any time: on app.vyyna.com, Settings → Account → Delete account; in the mobile app, Profile → Account → Delete account. Or write to hello@vyyna.com from the address on the account and we will do it within 30 days.

Your pictures, and the photos you uploaded, are deleted the moment you confirm, permanently. They cannot be recovered, even if you sign in again. Download anything you want to keep first.

What happens next

  • You are signed out on every device, and any plan is cancelled without refund of the current period.
  • For 30 days your account, brand kits, products and credits are kept: sign in again within that time and they come back, except the pictures.
  • After 30 days everything is destroyed for good and the email address is free to use again.
  • Purchase and invoice records are kept, detached from you where possible, for as long as tax law requires.

Only want to delete your pictures?

Delete them from your projects on app.vyyna.com, without closing the account. A deleted picture is gone for good.
